ARTICLE 1 – IDENTIFICATION AND CONTACT

ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE AND PURCHASE PROCESS

These conditions regulate the purchase of products at www.rassabotanicals.com. By placing an order, the User accepts these terms.

  1. Validation: The contract is perfected by clicking "Pay Now".
  2. Confirmation: You will receive an email with the details of your purchase within the next 48 hours.
  3. Personal Use: Products are for personal use; commercial resale is prohibited without express authorization.


ARTICLE 3 – PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS (Shopify Secure)

  • Prices: Include current VAT in Spain. 
  • Do not include: 1) Shipping costs: Which will be detailed during the payment process. 2) Tariffs and Customs Fees: For orders destined outside the European Union. Any expenses arising from the entry of the product into the destination country or territory (tariffs, import taxes, customs fees, or handling charges) will be the sole responsibility of the customer. 
  • Payment Methods: Through the secure Shopify Payments platform, we accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, and Paypal
  • Retention of Title: Ownership of the products will not be transferred to the User until RASSA BOTANICALS has received full payment of all amounts due.
  • Time of charge: The charge will be made at the moment the order is finalized.


ARTICLE 4 – SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within the next 48 hours from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in Spain). More information about shipping and returns.

ARTICLE 5 – PRODUCT AND SAFETY (Allergy Disclaimer)

  1. Variability: As botanical cosmetics, the color or aroma may vary depending on the harvest of natural ingredients.
  2. INCI Responsibility: It is the User's responsibility to review the ingredient list before purchase. RASSA BOTANICALS will not be responsible for allergic reactions if the ingredients were correctly listed on the website. A patch test is always recommended beforehand.


ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

  1. Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase.
  2. Hygiene: For health and hygiene reasons, returns of products that have been unsealed, opened, or show signs of use will not be accepted.
  3. Return Costs: The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except for defective products or errors on the part of RASSA BOTANICALS.
  4. Gift Cards: They are valid for 12 months from their issue date and are non-refundable.

ARTICLE 7 – LEGAL GUARANTEE

In accordance with Spanish law, all products have a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a product in poor condition, we will proceed with its replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).


ARTICLE 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website (photos, texts, brand, logos) is the property of RASSA BOTANICALS. Its copying or distribution for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.


ARTICLE 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RASSA BOTANICALS is not responsible for:

  • Loss of items during the return process by the customer.
  • Third-party content linked via links or banners.


ARTICLE 10 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This contract is governed by Spanish law. In case of dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile.
