You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please contact us at hello@rassabotanicals.com

For hygiene and safety reasons, we will only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, and with their original seal intact. We will not be able to accept returns of products that have been unsealed or used.

To request a return, you can contact us at hello@rassabotanicals.com, indicating your order number. Once approved, you must send the products in their original packaging.

Once received and their condition verified, we will proceed with the corresponding refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If the product arrived defective or in poor condition, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@rassabotanicals.com so we can offer you a solution (replacement or refund).

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or order errors.

Can I return a product?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided that the products are unopened and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept products that have been unsealed, opened, or show signs of use.

Do I have to pay for my return? 

Yes, the customer must choose their courier service and pay for postage to our warehouse in Barcelona.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a product in poor condition, we will proceed with its replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs). We recommend contacting us as soon as possible so we can offer you a suitable solution.

What happens if the product arrives broken?

Damage during shipping is rare, but if your product arrives broken, please report the incident to the person delivering your order, and then send us an email at hello@rassabotanicals.com with details and photos of the damaged products. We will replace the damaged products with new ones.

How can I track my shipment?

As soon as we start preparing your order, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation including a link to track your order. Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking information to be updated. 

Can I return an opened product? 

No, for health and safety reasons, once the packaging has been opened, the product cannot be returned.
